Pricing is mainly based off of square footage, age of house as far as when it was built, whether the house has a crawlspace, basement &/or is built on a concrete slab. Additional fees may apply if the house is also a foreclosure, was built before 1970, is farther than 30 minutes one way from my office as well as the overall condition of the house inside & out.
I personally feel a persons work is a reflection of who they are. So I take great pride in the work I do for all my clients. I do my best to go above & beyond what the state of NC requires their licensed home inspectors to do. For that reason, it takes me a little longer to inspect homes versus most other inspectors. Ask anyone that knows me in Wayne County & I promise you they will tell you that I am very thorough. Hey, it's your home, so choose wisely when you pick an inspector. You don't want to be the one that thought you were saving $25 to $50 dollars just to find out that something they missed is going to cost you thousands of dollars after the house is yours. So remember, YOU always get what you pay for, Always! I'm on your side & I will tell you like it really is. I have over 25+ years of hands on experience in general home construction which includes most phases in new construction, building additions/detached garages, repair work especially in areas I typically point out in my inspection reports as well as remodel work, like custom tile showers, kitchen/bathroom remodeling, decks, painting, etc., with most jobs being permitted where required.
My inspections have my personal name on them & if you are not 100% happy with the job I did for you, then you don't have to pay me a dime!
